This oil and gas company was developing a method of inserting a rigless ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) that will not require a full straight pipe rig for retrieval and maintenance.
They needed to illustrate how the pump can be serviced with just a wire line service trailer and wire line truck. The animation further illustrates how this electric submersible pump can be retrieved without tripping out the entire length of straight pipe. The system developed by the Artificial Lift Company, allows the pump to be retrieved through the production tubing, thereby greatly reducing operating costs.

Obviously this effort to develop this technology by the well-completions group required much funding by the operators, so this animation was useful in describing to the executives what the technology is all about and why it was a project worth funding.
