When a regional director or group project manager needs to make a presentation to upper management, boards or executives they usually have to share the their audiences attention with other managers; it therefore becomes important that the presentation is quick, concise and makes an impact.
Sometimes the information is very complicated, site images look cluttered and are difficult to understand, and graphs packed with information take long to explain. Engineers presenting the materials are brilliant, but not so great at public speaking; all these things make the time the managers spend doing the presentation that more critical.
